The grievance of the petitioner is that the 2nd respondent is not considering the representations dated 09.07.2018, 30.07.2018 and 05.10.2018 in terms of guidelines framed for implementation of scheme for the payment of Honorarium to Imams and Muzzans vide memo dated 27.11.2015 issued by the State of Telangana as arbitrary and illegal.

Heard learned counsel on record and perused the material available on record.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of case, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the representations of the petitioner, provided the petitioner complies with the required formalities in making his application, or else, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh application in which event, the 2nd respondent shall pass appropriate orders in accordance with law for release of the amounts within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the said application. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this petition shall stand closed.
