HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO Crl.P.No.9357 of 2015 ORDER :

This petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure (for short, 'the CrPC') by the Petitioner-Accused to quash the proceedings in Cr.No.244 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Amberpet police station, Hyderabad district, registered for the offences punishable under Section 354 of I.P.C. on the report of the 2nd respondent-defacto-complainant.

2. Pending disposal of the criminal petition, both the parties present before the Court and the 2nd respondent/defacto-complainant filed petitions to permit her to compound the offence in the above crime and also to record the compromise as they have settled their disputes between them amicably with the intervention of elders. By virtue of the compromise between the parties and as they want to purchase peace, they are permitted to compound the offences supra in the interest of justice.

3. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings in Cr.No.244 of 2015 on the file of the Station House Officer, Amberpet police station, Hyderabad district against the petitioner are quashed. The bail bonds of the petitioner, if any, shall stand cancelled.

4. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
