HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No.27329 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed challenging the proceedings dated 15-12-2014 in Rc.No.848/2014,EGS/HR, wherein the petitioner was suspended pending enquiry and she was also called for explanation as to why disciplinary action should not be initiated against her. The petitioner submitted explanation on 29-12-2014 to the 4th respondent. That the petitioner was issued memo dated 22-01-2015 for production of documents and her case is that she submitted all the documents. As on today, no orders are passed and the petitioner is being continued under suspension. Aggrieved by the same, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri M.S.R.Chandra Murthy, learned Standing Counsel for the 4th respondent.

It is not known why, the respondents have not passed orders, though the petitioner filed explanation on 29-12-2014 to the show-cause notice, dated 15-12-2014 and it is also the case of the petitioner that she submitted the documents in pursuance to the memo dated 22-01-2015.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the 4th respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders by considering the explanation of the petitioner and also documents filed by the petitioner in pursuance to the memo dated 22-01-2015 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If no orders are passed within that time, the respondents shall reinstate the petitioner into service.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 22-08-2017 Nvl
