In this petition filed under Section Cr.P.C., petitioner/accused seeks to quash the proceedings against him in F.I.R.No.484 of 2013 of Meerpet Police Station, Cyberabad. While so, today, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor by producing a letter dated 19-6-2017 issued by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Meerpet Police Station, Ranga Reddy District, would submit that in this case, the case ended in conviction on 3-6-2016 (C.C.No.1490/2014) and prayed that the petition may be dismissed as infructuous.

There is no representation for the petitioner. In view of the above submission of learned Additional Public Prosecutor, this Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
