HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE V. RAMASUBRAMANIAN AND HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P. KESHAVA RAO WRIT PETITION No.8391 OF 2019 ORDER: (Per Hon'ble Sri Justice V. Ramasubramanian) The petitioner came up with the above writ petition complaining about the manner in which the Management quota seats are sought to be filled up in Post Graduate Medical and Dental Courses.

2. Mr. A. Prabhakar Rao, learned Standing Counsel, takes notice for the respondents.

3. Today, Mr. Abhilash Ashrith Bobbili, learned counsel for the petitioner stated that in the first phase of counseling, the petitioner has been allotted a seat in M.D. Psychiatry. Therefore, the grievance with which the petitioner came, does not survive any more. Hence, the writ petition is closed.

The miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
