Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana would represent that the Investigating Officer has filed a final report requesting the learned II Metropolitan Magistrate, L.B.Nagar, to close the case as the matter is of civil nature, and, therefore, the present petition has become infructuous. In view of the aforesaid submission of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the present petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this petition, shall stand closed.
