Dhoolpet Hyderabad. The petition coming on for hearing. upon perusing the Petition and the grounds filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Sri SUNIL GAWASANE, Advocate for the Petitioner. and of Public Prosecutor for the respondent, the Court made the following.

ORDER

THE HON'BLE SRI ]USTICE SANJAY KUMAR CRIMINAL PETITION No.2134 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner is A.3 in Crime N0.95 of 2019 on the File of Dhoolpet Excise Police Station, Hyderabad, registered under Section 8(c) read with Section 20(b)(ii)(B) of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985. By way of this petition filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C, he se/eks grant of anticipatory bail.

The case of the prosecution is that the complicity of the petitionerA.3 was brought out by virtue of the confessions made by the other accused. The actual role played by the petitioner-A.3 would therefore have to be established.

In such circumstances, this Court is of the opinion that he would be entitled to grant of anticipatory bail subject to some conditions. The criminal petition is accordingl allowed. in the event of arrest of the petitioner-A.3 in Crime No.95 of 2019 on the file of Dhoolpet Excise Police Station, Hyderabad, he shall be enlarged on bail upon his furnishing a personal bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) along with two sureties for a like sum each to the satisfaction of the Station House Officer, Dhoolpet Excise Police Station, Hyderabad.
