Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel, appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contends that the petitioner had preferred appeal against the impugned order to the Commissioner of the GHMC and that the said Appeal is pending consideration before 2nd respondent. He seeks direction to 2nd respondent to dispose of the said appeal and also a direction not to demolish the structure erected by the petitioner to the said appeal. 3.

Sri Chatla Madhu, learned Standing Counsel appearing for respondent Nos.2 and 3, states that 2nd respondent will dispose of the said appeal within three months.

Therefore, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to decide the appeal dt.17-03-2018 filed by the petitioner before the Commissioner of 2nd respondent, within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and pending decision of the said appeal, the structure erected by the petitioner shall not be demolished. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
