HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE P.NAVEEN RAO ORDER:

Petitioner filed this writ petition challenging the order of suspension vide proceedings No.01/114/03/2012-CTR-I and also the charge sheet No.01/114/(03)/2012-CTR-1, dated 20.04.2012

2. Learned standing counsel states that as averred in paragraph-9 of the counteraffidavit, disciplinary proceedings were conducted and having regard to the fact that petitioner had only two years of left over service, a lenient view was taken and suspension was lifted on 24.09.2012. Consequently, petitioner was given posting to Palamaner Depot and was working in the said depot from the date of filing of the counter-affidavit.

3. Having regard to the said averment, no further orders are required and writ petition is closed. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
