Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. With consent of the counsel appearing for both sides, the present writ petition is disposed of at the admission stage. 2.

The present writ petition came to be filed with the following prayer:

"to issue Writ, or Direction especially one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not updating the details of 1 -B Register, Adangal relating to petitioners' land in survey numbers an extent of Ac.5.04 cents in Sy.No.717 and an extent of Ac.7-95 cents in Velagacherla village, Penagalur Mandal, YSR Kadapa District in online and for return of Pattadar pass books after affixing Rajamudra as illegal, arbitrary and unjust."

Though various grounds are raised, learned counsel for the petitioners restricts his prayer seeking a direction to the respondents to consider the representation dated 27.06.2016 made by the 1st petitioner requesting to take steps to get survey the land in dispute, update the details in 1-B proforma and No.2 Adangal and to issue pattadar pass book with Government seal. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that question of surveying the land would arise only if the petitioners comply with the provisions of the Act and after paying the requisite

CPK,J WP_35902_2016 fees. He further submits that insofar as considering the representation is concerned, he doubts the relationship of the petitioners, but however, submits that the authorities shall consider these aspects while dealing with the representation of the 1st petitioner.

Having regard to the above, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Tahsildar - respondent No.4 to consider the representation dated 27.06.2016 made by the 1st petitioner seeking to update the entries in 1-B Register and Adangal, in accordance with law and by taking into consideration the objections raised by the learned Government Pleader for Revenue referred to above, as early as possible preferably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this Order.
