Mr. G. Elisha, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition, with liberty to pursue her remedies for recovery of arrears of salary for the period she has rendered service in the 4th respondent-college. Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty as sought for. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions if any pending in the writ petition shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
