The petitioner has filed an affidavit stating that the disputes between the parties were settled before the Lok Adalat and award was also passed by the Lok Adalat on 06-09-2014. So he seeks to withdraw the Revision Petition.

In view of the same, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
