ORDER :

This criminal petition is filed by the petitioners/accused No.1 under Section 482 Cr.P.C to quash the proceedings in Crime No.126 of 2014 of Pitlam Police Station, Nizamabad District registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 323 and 506 read with 34 I.P.C.

2) It is represented by the learned Public Prosecutor that the parties in the above crime have compromised before the Lok Adalat and the present proceedings sought for against the F.I.R no way survives and as such the petition becomes infructuous.

3) In the result, the petition is dismissed as infructuous.

4) Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
