Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, written instructions, dated 05.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kodad Town Police Station, Suryapet District are placed on record by the learned Government Pleader for Home. The said instructions to the extent of their relevance to the present writ petition read as under:- "It is submitted that the allegation of the petitioner that at the instance of the unofficial respondents 5 and 6 herein, the respondents 3 and 4 and their staff in interfering with the civil dispute and making him to sit hours together by infringing his fundamental right of liberty is utterly false, baseless and hence denied.

It is pertinent to submit that on mere apprehension to prevent the police from taking any action in the event of lodging of any complaint against him in future, the petitioner rushed to this Hon'ble Court and filed the writ petition with untenable allegations. I humbly submit that this respondent never interfered with the civil disputes muchless the dispute of the petitioner herein. At any point of time, this respondent did not summon the petitioner or make him to sit hours together in the police station."

On noticing the same, a request is made by the learned counsel for the petitioner to place the said instructions on record and dispose of the writ petition.

Recording the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of, by placing on record the written instructions, dated 05.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, Kodad Town Police Station, Suryapet District. There shall be no order as to costs. 5.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
