HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 23780 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the action of the respondents in not paying the wages due from February 2002 to the 1st petitioner and from December 2001 onwards to petitioners 2 and 3, as illegal and arbitrary. While admitting the writ petition, this Court directed the respondents 1 and 2 to release the wages due to the petitioners vide orders dated 13.11.2003 in WPMP No.29869 of 2003. When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that by virtue of the interim orders passed by this Court, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the writ petition is closed.
