HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.7130 OF 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed to declare the action of the official respondents in receiving application from the 5th respondent for regularization vide Endorsement Lr.No.C/77/2015 in respect of the subject property as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader has produced written instructions stating that the subject property has already been regularized in favour of the 5th respondent vide proceedings No.BPLHYD150128022145,dated 23-05-2015 issued by the Tahsildar, Khairtabad, Hyderabad District. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for adjudication.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said proceedings in accordance with law. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
