This transfer civil miscellaneous petition under Section 24 of the Code of Civil Procedure (for short, 'C.P.C.') is filed to withdraw O.P.No.1649 of 2016, pending on the file of the Judge, Family Court, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District and transfer the same to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar.

Learned counsel for the respondent endorsed no objection for withdrawal and transfer of O.P. as prayed for. In view of the no objection endorsed by learned counsel for the respondent, Tr.C.M.P. is disposed of. O.P.No.1649 of 2016 is withdrawn from the file of the Judge, Family Court, Kukatpally, Ranga Reddy District and transferred to the file of the Judge, Family Court, Ranga Reddy District at L.B. Nagar. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand dismissed in consequence.
