THE HONOURABLE SMT JUSTICE P.MADHAVI DEVI W.P.Nos. 29615 and 22395 of 2014 COMMON ORDER:
In these writ petitions, the petitioners have challenged the action of alleged malpractices adopted by the respondent No.5 in conducting the practical examination for MCI (Cardiothoracic Surgery) in the place of practical examination conducted on 12.08.2014. The petitioners have sought an investigation into the matter.

Learned Standing counsel for the respondents submitted that both the petitioners have subsequently appeared for examination and have passed out and also left the Nizam's Institute and therefore, they can have no further grievance in the matter. It is further submitted that the petitioner in W.P.No.22395 of 2014 had given a complaint and in a consequent enquiry, the respondent No.6 has been exonerated of all the charges and the same has also been recorded by this Court in I.A.No.1 of 2018 in W.P.No.40085 of 2018 vide orders dated 08.11.2018. He therefore, submitted that nothing remains in the writ petition for any further
PMD,J W.P.Nos.29615 & 22395 of 2014 adjudication. He further submitted that the ACB case against the respondent No.6 has also been closed.

Having regard to the above submissions, this Court is of the opinion that there is no necessity of any further orders in these writ petitions.

Accordingly, these writ petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions, shall stand closed.
