HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M. SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5132 of 2013 ORDER:

Sri N.V. Anantha Krishna, learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner filed Land Reforms Appeal before the Tribunal, East Godavari at Eluru but it was not entertained due to agitation. Therefore, he approached this Court under Article 227 of Constitution of India. But this Court cannot decide anything about the merits of the appeal. At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to return the appeal for presentation before the competent Court having jurisdiction to entertain and decide the appeal. Considering the request of learned counsel for the petitioner, Registry is directed to return the appeal by 10-07-2017.

With the above direction, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. The Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed.
