This Civil Revision Petition is filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India assailing the order dated 09.12.2016 passed in I.A.No.626 of 2016 in O.S.No.573 of 2015 on the file of the Court of I Senior Civil Jude, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. As per the note submitted by the Registry, the trial Court disposed of O.S.No.573 of 2015 on 15.09.2017. In view of disposal of the main suit, the purpose of filing the revision petition has become infructuous.
