None appears for the petitioners.

Sri B.P. Raju, learned counsel for respondent No.4, and Sri Dasari S.V.V.S.V. Prasad, learned counsel for respondent Nos.5 and 6, submits that in view of the interim order, dated 28.02.2012, nothing further survives in the writ petition. That seems to be the reason why nobody is coming forward to work out the writ petition on merits. Writ petition is, therefore, dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
