This contempt case is filed alleging wilful disobedience of order, dated 03.12.2014, in W.P.No.35983 of 2014. At the hearing, Smt.Y.Janshi, learned counsel for the petitioner, submitted that since her client has already filed a separate writ petition against the decision taken by the respondent, it is not interested in pursuing this contempt case.
