... PETITIONERS AND Podamekala Chenchaiah and others.
...RESPONDENTS Counsel for the Petitioners: MR. P. RAJASEKHAR Counsel for the Respondent: --NONE APPEARED-- The Court made the following:
ORDER:
Petitioners are decree holders in O.S.No.45 of 1999 on the file of the Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kandukur. The aforesaid suit was decreed on 03.04.2007 granting decree for perpetual injunction. Alleging that there is
violation of the said decree, petitioners filed EA.No.515 of 2010 in EP.No.86 of 2010 requesting the executing Court to direct the Station House Officer, Ulvapadu for providing police protection. The said petition, however, was dismissed, on contest, under the impugned order dated 20.03.2011. This revision is preferred against the said order.
2. While no orders are passed in this revision petition so far, it is evident that more than four years have elapsed since the impugned order was passed. Learned counsel for the petitioners states that EP.No.86 of 2010 is still pending.
In view of that, therefore, the civil revision petition is disposed of directing the executing Court to take up and decide EP.No.86 of 2010 expeditiously and in any case, within a period of two (2) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
