ORDER:

By order, dated 06.02.2014, W.P.No.3242 of 2014 was disposed of directing respondents 3 and 4 therein to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.11.2013, with reference to payment of interest for the delayed payment of compensation and pass appropriate orders within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of the order.

2. Learned Assistant Government Pleader produced the orders of the Sub-Collector, Jagtial, dated 10.03.2014, wherein in consideration of the directions issued by this Court, the representation of the petitioner, dated 21.11.2013, was considered and orders were passed.

Hence, there is no contempt.

3. Accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is always open to the petitioner to work out his remedies as available in law aggrieved by the said decision.
