Second respondent filed I A No. 1 of 2018 seeking to dispense with his presence and third respondent is present in person. Recording the submission of counsel for petitioner the contempt case is closed. Presence of officers is dispensed with and they are discharged. No costs.

Having regard to the same, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, are closed.
