Earlier on two occasions i.e., on 15.11.2018 and 26.11.2018 there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner in spite of listing the matter under the caption "for orders". Thereafter, the matter underwent two adjournments at the request of the learned counsel for the petitioner. Again, as there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner on 13.12.2018, the matter was directed to be listed today under the caption "for dismissal". Even today also, when the matter is called, none appeared for the petitioner nor is there any representation made on his behalf.

Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
