This writ petition is filed declaring the action of the respondents in not surveying the lands of the petitioners admeasuring Ac.1-14 cents in Sy.No.94/8, Ac.1-35 cents in Sy.No.113/2, situate at Idupulapadu Village, Inkollu Mandal, Prakasham District, as illegal and arbitrary. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue produced written instructions dated 08.06.2016 stating that in pursuance to the application made by the petitioner, an endorsement was issued to the petitioner on 30.03.2016 stating that because of some objections, the survey could not be conducted.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the said endorsement was not communicated to the petitioner. In view of the same, the 3rd respondent is directed to communicate the endorsement dated 30.03.2016 vide Rc.B/215/2016 to the petitioner enabling him to avail the remedies available under law against the same, within a week.

With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. _________________________ A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J 21-06-2016 dv
