-- The Court made the following:

CVNR, J & DVSS,J C.R.P.No. 2266 of 2017 ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) The Civil Revision Petition arises out of order, dated 14.12.2016, in I.A.No.1545 of 2016 in O.S.No.581 of 2016 on the file of the XXV Additional Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad. A perusal of the proceedings sheet shows that the case underwent as many as 13 adjournments for the reason of either non-appearance of the learned counsel for the petitioner or at his request.

In view of the absence of the learned counsel for the petitioner coupled with number of adjournments the case underwent, it is reasonable to presume that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the Civil Revision Petition. Hence, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. As a sequel, I.A.No.1 of 2017 (C.R.P.M.P.No.2946 of 2017) filed by the petitioner for interim relief stands disposed of as infructuous.
