GP FOR REVENUE (TG) Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in the W.P., the High Court may be pleased to direct the 3'd Respondent to receive and register the Sale Deed, pertaining to property in respect of plot bearing No.2, admeasuring 488.88 square yards equivalent to 408.70 square meters in the layout of I\4/s Balamrai Cooperative Housing Society Limited, in Survey No 7416, East l\,4aredpally, Secunderabad and release the same, pending disposal of WP No. 9605 of 2018, on the file of the High Court. The Court, while directing issue of notice to the Respondents herein to show cause as to why this petition should not be complied with, made the following order.(The receipt of this order will be deemed to be the receipt of notice in the case).
ORDER
ln view of pendency of a few writ petitions on same point, learned counsel appearing for the parties brought to the notice of this Court that interim directions have been granted in all the writ petitions. A copy of the order is filed in this Writ Petition.
Hence, in the circumstances, there shall be interim direction to the 3'd respondent to register the document in question presented by the petitioner and pass orders in accordance with law, if it is otherwise in order comply with the provisions of the Registration Act, 1908 and the lndian Stamp Act, 1899. However, registration of plot in question shall be subject to the outcome of the Writ Petitions filed by the State against the order of the Special Court under the A.P.
