This Criminal Petition, under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings against him in Crime No.31 of 2018 of Abid Road Police Station, Hyderabad.

On written instructions, dated 14.05.2019, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the police after completion of investigation in the subject crime, filed charge sheet before II Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate, Nampally, Hyderabad, and C.C.No.776 of 2018 was assigned. 4.

In that view of the matter, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
