Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner necessiating institution of this writ petition is on the ground that petitioner was minor and falling short of 1 year 23 days, his claim is not considered and even though Commissioner recommended his case, Government has not passed orders.

When the matter is taken up, learned Government pleader, produced copy of the Memo No.11991/E.1/2013-1 dated 05.08.2014 & 04.02.2015, whereunder the proposal of the Commissioner was negatived and claim of the petitioner was rejected respectively.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive for consideration as those orders are not under challenge. 5.

Granting liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedies, if so advised, the writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
