Learned counsel for petitioner requests the Court to permit the petitioner to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority.

Permission is accorded.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn by granting liberty to the petitioner to prefer an appeal before the appellate authority within two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to say that the appellate authority shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders within four weeks thereafter. No order as to costs.
