('The petitioner has appeared for the post ofJunior Panchayat Secretary. As he has studied all through his career in composite District of Karimnagar, he is claiming local status in respeit of Karimnagar, but the respondents are not treating him as a local candidate of Karimnagar and not considering his case for the said post on the ground that he has studied in Warangal Urban District.

Since the petitioner has studied in the composite District of Karimnagar, he has to be treated as a local candidate of Karimnagar. Therefore, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner for appointment to the post of Junior Panchayat
