THE HON'BLE THE ACTING CHIEF JUSTICE DILIP B. BHOSALE AND THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT PUBLIC INTEREST LITIGATION No.239 of 2015 PC: (per the Hon'ble The Acting Chief Justice Dilip B. Bhosale) In the instant PIL, petitioners seek the following relief: "For the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit, it is hereby prayed that this to issue a writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the in-action of the 2nd Respondent in not complying to notify the 2 proposed locations at Eethakota (km 946.3) village of East Godavari District and Unguturu (km 999.6) of West Godavari District in place of existence Tanuku Toll Plaza at km 946.35 in view of Letter No.NHAI / 13013 / 111 / 1415 / CO / GCRajahmundry / 58971 Dated 24.11.2014, even after reference from the 4th Respondent under his correspondence Letter No.9267/RII(1)/2014 Dated 08.04.2015 is illegal, arbitrary and violation of principles of natural justice and pass such other order or further orders as are deemed fit and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Respondent No.3 has filed a counter-affidavit stating that they have already taken steps to split Tanuku Toll Plaza as per their letter dated 24.11.2014 addressed to the Principal Secretary, PWD (Roads & Buildings). The statement made on affidavit is accepted.

In view thereof, learned counsel for the petitioners does not press this PIL.

PIL is disposed of as not pressed.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, also stand disposed of.
