This Company Petition is filed for winding up of the respondent Company for non-payment of the debt due to the petitioner.

Sri Ganesh, learned counsel representing Sri N.Harinath, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that his client instructed him to withdraw the Company Petition as it is not interested in prosecuting the same.

Recording the above said submission, the Company Petition is closed as withdrawn.
