This petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code (for short "Cr.P.C.") to quash the proceedings in F.I.R.No.15 of 2016 on the file of Kandukur Police Station, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana represented that the Police have already filed charge sheet in the said case and prayed to dismiss the petition. Recording the said submission, the petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Petition shall stand dismissed.
