OFFICE NOTE Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there are family disputes with regard to immovable property at Shalibanda.
As seen from the order in Crl.P.No.2128 of 2022 dated 16.03.2022 passed by this Court, the bail was granted to the petitioner, basing on the affidavit filed by the de facto complainant stating that there are no disputes between them and the allegation in the complaint that the petitioner planned to kill him was false.
Under the said circumstances, the disputes appeared to be between the family members with regard to property. However, in the interest of the investigation, the petitioner/Accused No.1 shall appear before the concerned Station House officer as and when required. The earlier condition is hereby relaxed.
Accordingly, this application is allowed.
