THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.7810 of 2017 O R D E R:

Counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter on 25.01.2018 before the Registrar (Judicial), High Court of Judicature at Hyderabad For the State of Telangana and for the State of Andhra Pradesh stating that he has been instructed by his client to withdraw the Writ Petition as the respondents advised to settle the matter amicably. This request is also reiterated in the Court and sought liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition in the event of respondents not considering petitioner's case.

Granting liberty as sought for, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
