It is represented by both learned counsel that the subject matter of the appeal has been settled between the parties before the Lok Adalat and to that extent an Award is also passed. Copy of the Award dated 08.04.2017 passed in Lok Adalat is filed. Therefore, the appeal is disposed of in terms of the Award of the Lok Adalat, dated 08.04.2017. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
