HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 13768 OF 2004 ORDER :
When the matter is taken up for hearing, the Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has attained the age of superannuation. The petitioner is challenging the orders passed by the Industrial Tribunal in ID No.6 of 2000, dated 24.03.2004 wherein no relief was granted. The petitioner was challenging the removal orders in this Writ Petition. The relief sought for by the petitioner in the Writ Petition is to set aside the orders of removal and reinstate him into service. At this point of time, it may not be possible to reinstate the petitioner into service. 2.
This Court, having the considered submissions made by the counsel for the petitioner is of the considered view that this Writ Petition can be disposed of directing the respondent to extend the service benefits to the petitioner, if not already extended for the service rendered by the petitioner prior to his removal within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 3.
With this observation, Writ Petition is disposed of 4.
