No representation for the petitioners/Accused Nos.3, 4, 5, 7 and 8. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State of Andhra Pradesh would represent that after completion of investigation, charge sheet was laid and even the case was made over to the Special Court for trial of cases under Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Actcum-I Additional District and Sessions Judge, Vizianagaram, by assigning S.C.No.40 of 2015 and, hence, the present petition has become infructuous.

In view of the aforesaid submissions of the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending in this criminal petition, stand closed.
