Heard Sri T.C.Krishnan for petitioner and Sri M.Sudhir Kumar for respondent.

The revision is at the instance of plaintiffs in O.S.No.70 of 2015 in the Court of Principal Junior Civil Judge, Kovur. The revision is directed against order in I.A.No.422 of 2015, dated 23-02-2016. The plaintiffs filed I.A.No.422 of 2015 to direct Station House Officer, Sangam Police to give police aid to revision petitioners to protect possession vide order dated 16-07-2015 in I.A.No.336 of 2015.

This Court need not go into other averments set out in the affidavit and the reasoning of trial court.

The fact of the matter is that in I.A.No.336 of 2015, the trial court has granted ad-interim injunction, counter is filed and the I.A. is pending for enquiry and orders.

Having regard to the fact that I.A.No.336 of 2015 is still pending for grant of temporary injunction, I am of the view that trial court can be directed to dispose of I.A.No.336 of 2015 positively on or before 15-062016. This Court does not see any reason to interfere with order under challenge in the Civil Revision Petition.

The Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with the above direction. No order as to costs.
