ORAL ORDER:
This writ petition is filed seeking the following relief: "to issue an order or a direction or an order one in the nature of writ of Mandamus declaring the inaction of the respondents in not taking any action on the representation of the petitioner dated 13-82015 as illegal contrary to law and judicial precedents and be pleased to pass orders as the court sees fit." On 29.9.2015 this Court directed the petitioner to take out personal notice on 4th respondent and to file proof of service, but no proof of service is filed. In view of the order this Court proposes to pass, further notice to 4th respondent is dispensed with: The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is alleging that fire safety norms are not observed by the 4th respondent though complaint was filed on 13.8.2015 to the Fire Prevention Wing of Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation so far no action is taken. Learned standing counsel on instructions would submit that said complaint is yet to be disposed of.
Having regard to the same, writ petition is disposed of directing the third respondent to consider the complaint/ representation submitted by the petitioner on 13.8.2015 and pass appropriate orders as warranted by law. If third respondent is of the opinion that there is prima facie merit in the complaint and it is necessary to hear the 4th respondent also, 4th respondent shall be put on notice and to be afforded due opportunity of hearing before taking any coercive action against him. On consideration of the explanation/ representation, if any, submitted by the 4th respondent, appropriate orders as warranted under law be passed. The
