ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition is filed challenging the order dated 19.01.2016 passed by the learned Junior Civil Judge, Huzur Nagar, Nalgonda District in I.A.No.19 of 2015 in O.S.No.28 of whereby the request of the petitioner/defendant to recall P.Ws.1 and 2 for their further cross examination was turned down.

Having heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and gone through the material available on record, I do not see any valid and cogent reason warranting interference with the order of the Court below in exercise of jurisdiction under Section 115 CPC.

The Civil Revision Petition is therefore dismissed at the

admission stage.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Civil Revision Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
