THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.8421 OF 2019 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed questioning the inaction on the part of the respondents in entering into lease agreement, pursuant to the public auction conducted on 20.03.2019. 2.
When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing Counsel for the second respondent submits that a decision was taken by the committee on 28.03.2019 in the Council meeting that the bid of the petitioner to be rejected. 3.
Learned Standing Counsel would submit that the general conditions of tender empower the Municipal Commissioner to reject the tenders, without assigning any reasons and his decision shall be final.

Having regard to the above decision taken, the relief claimed in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. 5.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the decision of the Municipal Commissioner was not communicated to the petitioner.

The second respondent shall communicate to the petitioner the status of the auction and the decision taken with respect thereto.
8.
Miscellaneous petitions pending in the Writ Petition, if any, shall stand closed.
