Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned Government Pleaders for Panchayat Raj & Revenue respectively for respondent Nos.1 to 4 and also Sri Ravi Cheemalapati, learned standing counsel for the 5th respondent and perused the prayer in the writ petition with the supporting affidavit and the material on record.

Having regard to the above and in the result, the Writ Petition is disposed of restraining the respondents not to dispossess the petitioners except through due process of law. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
