SMT JUSTICE T.RAJANI CRIMINAL PETITON No.2664 OF 2018 ORDER:

This petition is filed seeking for modification of the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.No.339 of 2017 in Crl.A.No.879 of 2017, by the XIII Additional District and Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District, while suspending the sentence imposed against the petitioner for the offence under Section 138 NI Act. The condition being that 25% of the compensation amount has to be deposited by this Court.

But, the counsel for the petitioner, except stating that the cheque was given for security purpose, is not able to make out any ground on the basis of which this Court can infer that he would be succeeding in the appeal. Hence, considering the above, the petition is dismissed.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending consideration, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
