THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTI CE P. KESHAVA RAO CRI MI NAL REVI SI ON CASE NO. 454 OF 2008 ORDER:

During the course of hearing, it is brought to the notice of this Court by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner died on 4.9.2013.

To prove the same, he has filed a Xerox copy of the death certificate issued by the Registrar of Births and Deaths, Greater Hyderabad Municipal Corporation. The said Xerox copy is made part of the record.

In the light of the above, the proceedings are abated and accordingly, the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as abated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
