Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home (TG) appearing for the official respondents.

When the matter is taken up, on written instructions, dated 05.03.2018, furnished by the Sub-Inspector of Police, III Town Police Station, Khammam, it is submitted by the learned Government Pleader that the police have registered Crime No.42 of 2018 on the file of III Town Police Station, Khammam against respondent No.4 herein for the offences under Sections 506 and 507 read with 34 I.P.C. and taken up the investigation. 3.

In view of the same, nothing further survives for adjudication in this writ petition.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions pending, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
