Heard Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for 2nd respondent. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to seek appropriate relief in the competent Civil Court for granting of layout permission against respondent Nos.3 to 9.

Granting liberty as sought, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
